Replacement Requests

If at all possible please use the form provided rather than telephoning as it allows us to track product QC better. Throw away the broken needle(s), do not return them to us. We do not need to see pictures of the break, but we don't mind the occasional picture of your cats and dogs. We send replacements out in batches about every two weeks via USPO. Please allow process and postal time before you become worried that we've missed you. And most of all, THANK YOU for being loyal Brittany customers!
