Replacement Requests

We do our best to catch every flaw in every needle but wood is a natural product and we are only human so we back up all our products with a no questions asked guarantee. If your needle breaks within 5 years of purchase we will replace it.
The best way to do this is to get the needle replaced at the shop where it was purchased or contact the online seller you bought it from. As any store that sells our needles can get them replaced through their distributor at no charge it may possible to get your needle replaced at any shop that carries our products. Ask nicely if they can contact their distributor to have a replacement sent to them and depending on their inventory they may replace the needle immediately. This is most efficient as the knitter/crocheter can continue their project and replacement needles will be shipped to the shop along with one of their regular orders. And really it is a great excuse to get into your LYS :)

If you do not have a yarn shop near you please fill out the replacement form below. We may be adding a PayPal button to this soon as the cost of mailing one needle is now more than the value of the needles. It really is just Michri and Chris doing everything here and this can take some time, especially in the busy season.

International customers if you do not have a yarn shop near you please send us a note and I will contact a Brittany distributor in your country to send a replacement to you.
