We do our best to catch every flaw in every needle but wood is a natural product and we are only human so we back up all our products with a no questions asked “my dog ate it” guarantee. If your needle breaks within 5 years of purchase we will replace it at no charge. Simply fill out the replacement request form below and accept our apologies for the interruption in your knitting.
You do not need to return broken needles to us to us. We do not need to see pictures of the break, but do like to get the occasional picture of the cat or dog who was the culprit. We would also love to see what you are making with our needles. Please send pictures to: email@example.com or post on our Facebook page.
Replacements are sent out in batches about every two weeks via US postal service.
